Terms and Conditions for Consultations
Consultation Scope
The 15-minute free consultation is intended for general inquiries and high-level discussions. Detailed technical advice and in-depth problem-solving are not included. It is limited to one per customer/business.
The one-hour consultation is charged at £50 and provides more specific advice, tailored recommendations, and limited technical assistance based on the client's information. Services purchased after the consultation will see the fee refunded.
Booking and Payment
For the 1-hour consultation, payment must be made in advance via the provided payment methods.
In the case of non-payment or payment issues, the consultation may be rescheduled or cancelled.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled consultation to receive a refund or reschedule.
If a client misses the appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued for paid consultations.
One Network Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment if necessary. An offer of full refund will be given, should any alternative date be inconvenient.
No Guarantees
While we aim to provide the best possible advice, results or outcomes are not guaranteed. Recommendations are based on the information supplied by the client during the consultation.
Confidentiality
Any information shared during the consultation will remain confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose or use information discussed outside of the consultation without prior consent.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of advice or recommendations provided during the consultation. It is the client’s responsibility to implement advice appropriately and securely.
Data Protection
We comply with applicable data protection laws. Any personal or business data shared will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Consultation Timing
Consultation time will start promptly at the scheduled time. If the client is late, the consultation will still end at the original scheduled time unless otherwise agreed.
Personal Information Usage
We collect and store personal information such as your name, email address, and mobile number solely for the purpose of providing consultation services. By booking a consultation, you authorize us to use this information to contact you at the scheduled time of your appointment.
Your data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
Missed Appointments and Call Attempts
For the 1-hour paid consultation, if you do not answer the initial call, we will make up to 2 further attempts to reach you within a 15-minute window. If we are unable to connect after these attempts, the consultation will be considered missed, and no refund will be issued.
For the 15-minute free consultation, we will make up to 2 attempts within 5 minutes. If no contact is made within this time, the consultation will be forfeited.
