Terms and Conditions for Consultations
Consultation Scope
The 20-minute free consultation is intended for general inquiries, high-level discussions, and light technical guidance. It is not intended for in-depth problem-solving or detailed technical advice. This offer is limited to one consultation per customer or business.
Booking
All consultations must be booked in advance via the provided booking form or contact method. Appointment confirmation will be sent to the email or mobile number provided.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance. Missed appointments without prior notice may result in being unable to book further free consultations.
One Network Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary. If we need to reschedule and the new time isn’t convenient, we’ll do our best to offer an alternative that suits you.
No Guarantees
While we aim to provide helpful and accurate advice, outcomes or results from the consultation are not guaranteed. All recommendations are based on the information you provide during the call.
Confidentiality
All information shared during the consultation is treated as confidential. Neither party may disclose or use the information discussed without prior consent.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect issues resulting from the use of advice given during the consultation. It is your responsibility to implement any suggestions safely and appropriately.
Data Protection
We handle your data in line with applicable data protection laws. Your personal information will only be used to manage your consultation and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your permission. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details.
Consultation Timing
Consultations start promptly at the scheduled time. If you’re late, the consultation will still end at the original time slot unless otherwise agreed.
Missed Appointments and Call Attempts
If you do not answer the initial call, we will make up to two further attempts within 5 minutes. If we are unable to connect after these attempts, the consultation will be considered missed and cannot be rebooked.
